في حال تم إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن، يتم استرداد المبلغ بالكامل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5-10 أيام عمل.
في حال تم استرجاع المنتج بعد الاستلام، يتم خصم رسوم الشحن من المبلغ المسترد ما لم يكن المنتج تالفاً أو تم إرسال منتج خاطئ.
